CET’s 1/2 scale testbed vehicle is used to test and evaluate systems and capabilities to be deployed in products, including the HADALUS XL-AUV.

Chase Hogoboom
CEO

As CEO of CET, Chase has transitioned the company from a custom builder of bespoke grand prix sailboats into a leader at the forefront of leveraging advanced materials and processes to deliver innovative subsea systems at scale.

Ben Rosenthal
CTO

Ben has 25 years’ experience in the development and delivery of maritime vehicles to the Navy, Marine Corps, and other DoD agencies. He has been at the forefront of autonomous systems and electric drive vehicles throughout his career.

Pete Damiano
Operations Manager

In addition to six years in the USN Submarine Force, Pete has twenty years of experience in manufacturing project management and leadership. Prior to joining CET, Pete spent four years as Senior Project Engineer at AMTROL.

TJ Perrotti
Chief Engineer & Naval Architect

TJ’s 40-year career as a Naval Architect includes America’s Cup and other Grand Prix Yacht Racing victories. At CET, TJ has overseen the design and engineering of the record-breaking UUVs CET has delivered to the Navy.

Matthew Thomas
Advisory Board

Matt served for over 30 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and the Central Intelligence Agency, rising to the Senior Intelligence Service (SIS-4). He led national strategic programs, operations, and clandestine efforts worldwide– both with the CIA and inter-agency: focused on global extremism, near peer competition, human intelligence, and covert action.

Advisory Board

Admiral Howard has commanded at all levels of Special Operations, including as Commanding Officer of Naval Special Warfare Joint Task Forces, and was among the first to deploy into Afghanistan following the attacks of September 11, 2001.

Brent Williams
Independent Director

Brent was a Senior Partner of The Halifax Group from 1999 to 2022. He has also served in leadership roles in PaineWebber’s Merchant Banking and Investment Banking divisions. He currently serves on the Development Board of the University of Texas, the Advisory Council of UT’s McCombs School of Business, and the Investment Committee for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation.

Ralph Isham
Independent Director

Ralph is Founder and Managing Director of GH Partners LLC., directing private investments in numerous emerging growth companies in telecommunications, transportation technologies, and healthcare services. He is also the co-founder of the International NeuroTrauma Research Organization, devoted to researching and improving the care of patients with traumatic neurological injuries.
